One Shot

One Shot is a service that allows you to have remote assistance provided by our technicians specialized in various web areas.

The intervention has a maximum duration of one hour and can be used for the activities listed below, according to your needs, such as:

• consultancy on CMS Wordpress, Prestashop, Joomla and Concrete5

• overview of webmail management or use of Firefox Thunderbird

• help on configuring the Thunderbird mail client (if you use others you must first specify which one)

• domain configuration (domains, e-mail, other)

To use this service you need a computer and a good internet connection.

After purchasing the service, you will receive by email all the information to be able to carry out the intervention remotely.
