Lesson 1: introduction to Social Media Marketing
- general overview of Social Media Marketing;
- Social Media Strategy (define the objectives, choose the target audience, create an editorial plan for the publication of contents);
- Tools for resizing images and creating them
- For a fee: Photoshop
- Free: Gimp, Canva - Insights: always monitor the activities carried out.
Lesson 2: Facebook
- introduction of Facebook: the basics of social media and the difference between a company page and a personal profile;
- page creation: in the case of a company, organization or other body, it is essential to create a Facebook page and understand how it must be managed;
- creation of organic contents: which platforms to use for the creation of posts and which are the characteristics of the contents to be created;
- Facebook ADS (paid advertising campaigns): creation of advertisements based on the marketing objectives you want to achieve, your target audience and the budget at your disposal. Facebook Business Manager: an important free tool, made available by Facebook for the management of its pages. Facebook Insight: the web analytics tool to evaluate the performance of your fanpage.
Lesson 3: Instagram
- Introduction of Instagram: definition of the foundations of social media;
- Instagram page creation;
- Content creation: which platforms to use for the creation of posts and what are the characteristics of the content to be created;
- Sponsorships: understand how to carry out advertisements based on the objectives you want to achieve;
- Instagram Insight: tool to view the statistics of the activities carried out on the social network with the possibility of obtaining useful information on followers.
Lesson 4: LinkedIn
- introduction of the channel;
- company profile creation;
- how to create content on LinkedIn.
Lesson 5: other social networks
- YouTube;
- Twitter.
